How to measure

A bangle you own: Lay a bangle that fits you on a ruler and measure straight across the inside, edge to edge. That is the inner diameter — match it to the sizes in the table above.

Your hand: A bangle has to pass over your knuckles, not your wrist. Tuck your thumb into your palm and bring your fingers together, then wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your hand. Divide that number by 3.14 to get the diameter, and pick the closest size — size up if you fall between sizes.
